Concert Reviews & Photos En vogue @ The State Fair of Texas 10/03/09 Review Saturday afternoon, just as the skies opened up and decided to let a few drops fall, En Vogue hit the stage at the State Fair. Proving why after all these years they’ve still got it; harmonies check, dance moves check, charisma check. The girls blasted their way through the set sprinkling in the big hits like “Never Gonna Get It” and “Free Your Mind” amongst newer and lesser known material. The girls included a little something for everyone, dedicating a portion of their set to the classic songs we all know, tempting everyone in the audience to dance and sing along, even grandma and grandpa. The rain quickly subsiding, leaving everything about the performance to be enjoyed distraction free. One thing”s for sure, En Vogue is still the IT girl vocal group.
