Best Days Review Graham Colton sold out the Pontiac Garage at the House of Blues Thursday Night, Playing to a super packed kind of home town crowd. Colton briefly attended SMU years ago and formed the Graham Colton Band in Dallas, so he's got some roots in DFW, but hailing originally from Oklahoma. Mid show he even told a story about how he used to live a few blocks from where the House of Blues is now.

This is the first time I've seen him play with a full band since he and the old band separated respectfully. But there was a great energy coming from Graham and all his band members during the show. The fact it was a full band and sold out house only added to the energy they already were giving, I'm sure.

The set list included mostly songs off his latest release "Here Right Now" and a few older ones off the Graham Colton Band album. A definite highlight was the acoustic set. Graham brough his dad up on stage to perform the song "On and On" which was a nice treat. But the crowd's favorites were the more well known songs like "Cigarette" and "The Best Days."

Graham was in fine form and really excited which only added to his performance. I do suggest checking him out, given the opportunity. He's probably opened for an artist you like at some point or another by now. He's great full band or acoustic, but I have to admit, I'm a sucker for the acoustic!
