Concert Reviews & Photos Josh Kelley w/One Republic @ The House of Blues 2/17/08 Review This week Josh Kelley and One Republic stopped by the House of Blues on their tour. The house was pretty packed with the current rise of One Republics popularity. Josh also being pretty well known. Josh’s set was mostly songs of his newer album which is much better than his first album which is actually the only album of his I’ve heard. The new stuff is on a better level artistically. One Republic headlined and Ryan Tedder and the band are great live. Ryan moves around playing piano on some songs and getting up to move around on others. His vocals were consistent and strong and he had no problem showing emotions especially during a number like “Mercy.” A highlight of the night would be their not so much cover of Umbrella seeing as how Ryan wrote it. -Rachel Parker Josh Kelley opening for One Republic at the House of Blues.
