Concert Reviews & Photos Miranda Lambert @ Lone Star Park 4/12/08 Review Miranda Lambert, a force to be reckoned with, rocked Lone Star Park Saturday. A bit of a less traditional venue, but she rocked it none the less. The second she hit that stage she was a ball of energy, but she was incredibly able in showing her versatility and slowing it down to show a softer side sometimes. Surprisingly this was my first time getting to see the amazing talent that is Miranda Lambert. It’s only surprising because she’s kind of a hometown girl. Hailing from Lindale which is about 2 hours outside of DFW. During one song she sat down on the edge of the stage and got up close with the audience. And I even caught her handing one of her guitar pics to a little girl up against the stage. Then the next minute she’ll turn around and sing a fierce song about domestic abuse. The versatility was great. Even doing a couple cover songs telling the audience to shake what their momma gave them. I highly recommend going to see Miranda.
