We were there to sing along, see all the cheesy dance moves, and soak up the nostalgia. Everywhere you turned there were women wearing their vintage new kids T-shirts, several home made T-shirts... and buttons almost as big as your head. The guys hit the stage to their latest single titled "Single" and the screams filled the arena. It was as if they never left and we rewound to the 90's. I felt more mature than some of the folks older than me. It was an odd.. odd feeling. The set was filled with mostly old hits like You Got It (Right Stuff) and Step by Step, but also several of the newer tracks from "The Block" cd. While I wasn't a big fan of the new cd, however I found myself enjoying the tracks more live. Of course the show was your typical boy band show. They are.. surprise.. the first boy band. However it was a great show and they aren't taking themselves too seriously. They know they cant dance and they screw up the choreography half the time, you don't have to tell them that. They are just up there having a good time, and so was the audience. There's talk of a summer tour next year.
